I'm wondering what brand of filters I should be looking at.

I'm interested in buying a 4x Neutral Density Filter and an 8x Neutral Density Filter.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have to agree with Jonathan here.
I'd take the preference for the B+W over the Tiffen though.
Be careful when you stack ND filters.
It doesn't matter what brand/quality the are.
You'll find you get a color shift.

Gentlemen, thank you very much for your insights. I will, no doubt, be looking into B+W and Tiffen. I really appreciate your willingness to share your expertise with me.
