If anyone is looking for a free alternative to the pricey Camera Control Pro 2, take a look at Sofortbild. It's a free tethering software for Nikon cameras. It's really easy to use and its just a matter of changing your camera USB settings to P2P and plugging it into to machine. It can also support wireless transmitters as well.
