New battery for the 1D Mk2n - 08-31-2011, 02:38 PM

Bought it from a place in NY. Label says "Camera Devices - Made in Japan - CD-NPE3"
Claims to be 2200mAh, seems to fit perfectly, but no power at all. It's charging right now, so we'll see how well it works in the 1D when it's done.

Anyone else ever used this brand before?

I tried 4 from them for my MKIII and they all sucked. Wouldn't charge or hold a charge. Sent them back.

For the 1D MKIIn I have found that the Lenmars work pretty good. They don't, however, make one for the MKIII that works well.
