M9 is a fantastic camera even if useable ISO is limited to about 1250, I cannot imagine much improvement can be done to it. Fast lenses often make up for the high ISO, or lack of... However, when shooting in very dark location, it is often a challenge for me to get a perfect focus with a longer lens such as my 75 Lux. With wider lenses like the 35, no problem at all.
