The iPhone Lens Dial - 11-21-2011, 03:52 PM

I love the amount of underground photography culture the iPhone community has developed! This little add on, while really pricey, is a fun bit of analog interaction and lens enhancement. Keep those ideas fresh and funky!

some of these attachments are approaching the volume/mass/ space occupied (to say nothing of $$ spent) of a 'real' camera.

But mercifully it doesn't always have to be practical to be interesting; it helps to be more than a bit geeky in this case.

Ken, exactly what I first thought when I saw the camera. At a certain point ($250 plus the size), doesn't it just become easier to add an LX3, XZ-1, etc to your pocket?

Another Dial - 11-22-2011, 12:47 AM

I agree, and not to highjack this thread but holga just introduce a dial for the iphone of filters so you don’t have to use an app for them.

Not a hijack, this is totally relevant! I saw this one last week too, it's also pretty nifty.
