Question Fuji X100 Users: Stock lens cap question... - 01-28-2012, 10:18 PM

For those of you not using the lens hood attachment how is the stock Fuji lens cap holding up?

Meaning does it slip off on its own after a lot of use?

I kinda got the impression it would when I first got my X100 and ended up getting the Lens Hood Accessory anyways.

thanks

The default cap doesn't slip off at all. I like it because I wouldn't attach anything to that camera that would make it bulkier. I love to have it in the pocket of my jacket, always ready to shoot.

Haven't had mine very long, but my cap hasn't shown any signs of wearing out/slipping.

I put on a UV filter and haven't felt the need for that cap since. It takes up space and slows me down.
