Sony/Minolta/Konica-Minolta can probably be added up since it is basically a chain of mergers.

And Nikon is mainly Sony chips and assembly but could be XYZ China or Ping Zing Company ...

What About SONY? - 05-31-2008, 06:21 PM

There will be a 24 MP DSLR from SONY before the end of 2008. Does that even matter to the Die Hard Nikon, and Canon folks?

Dude... You have "contributed" exactly 3 posts to this forum. All have been either been condescending or in some way a defense of your choice in camera system. Please get over your inferiority complex and contribute something worthwhile.

While your at it, post a link to some of your work so we can respect your words of wisdom a little more.

What's with all this passive aggressive stuff?

Have a nice day.

I don't know if it matters or not, but for the survey, Nikon D3, pro glass all the way! I feel Nikon is slowly gaining ground again. But Canon has some pretty cool stuff too! Used to shoot with a Canon F1

I shoot with both Nikon and Canon for professional work and really think it boils down to situational preferences. Canon has stunning SOC vivid colors and tac sharp images with their large image sensors which produce higher resolution photos. Nikon on the other hand has superior ISO technology allowing you to capture in low light like no other. It's also pure magic to be shooting something requiring high FPS and feel the D3 machine gun snapping of images faster then you can count.

Canon for 2 years now. I've been considering the D300 bc of the body options. Might think about a change but not sure. Both are great systems IMO
