After the summer, and before the winter. How's that?

Seriously, I'm expecting mid-October.

I heard Oct. 15th from my vendor. Also, it was mentioned that the 5D would have a $600 rebate. We'll see though..

Sorry to hear that. I did both the fall and spring rebates and received them as promised. Did you make copies of everything before mailing? I always staple the UPC to the rebate form.

I just keep copies of everything and preregister online prior to mailing. Sorry you have had so many problems. Did you keep copies of everything?

I literally have gotten close to $1000 in rebates back from them over the past couple years. Maybe I am lucky. BTW: I also received my 2 (Canon Professional Service - I think that is the right name) certs and priority codes, labels, etc on-time from them too.

I hope you get your situation worked out. Good luck!

Yes, I have heard some of the stories. However, I haven't experienced them. In fact I've always received every rebate that I've participated in regardless of vendor. What can I say? I hope it stays that way.

Hope you get yours worked out.

If they offer a $600 rebate on the 5d I'm going to get me another.

I received every rebates. And there was a rebate check for $300 that I forgot to make deposite and has expired almost 6 months. I called them and asked them to send me the other one. And got a new check in 3 weeks.

Do they offer these rebates on lenses, too, or just bodies?

Bodies, lenses, and flashes. Last fall, it was a triple rebate, which was pretty good. I got back $400 for buying an XT and two lenses.
