PS - I took some with that cool Austin building (Frost tower?) in the background with xmas lights strung across the street, those are even worse. :)

A. What and where is the cloud with amber top?

B. You're too picky. Looks good to me. Maybe we're conditioned to expect warm lights at night?

It's a white balance thing. You can't get rid of all the colour casts if they are different.

Balance both light sources in the image (make them all yellow) then you can fix it with a single white balance adjustment, to make them all neutral.
(cf mixed lighting on daylight balanced film, to shooting with the amber diffuser and switching to tungsten balanced film)

Otherwise, you can only have one 'neutral' and the other too yellow or too blue(ish)

I'm sure us photographers are used to it, but that's not how the eyes see it and that bothers me. The ones I took with the tower in the back are greenish. They are standing in the street, I shot at 1/80 so they are a little tiny bit red from the lights, which is okay, but with the green tower.... well, reading this in my head as I type this, sure sounds like a nice xmas card! hahaha
