Ummmm.... '06 was not a "big purchase" year for me. My time for big purchases is now. For '06, I'll have to say that the place where I feel my money was best spent was: * Noise Ninja * My ExposureManager website * Tiger Shoot fees --------------------------- Nikon D3 | 28-70 f/2.8 | 70-200 f/2.8 VR | 200-400 f/4 VR | 50 f/1.4 | TC-14E II | SB-800 | SB-600 "A child is not likely to find a Father in God unless he finds something of God in his father." - Unknown |

I did pick up another 5D body and some zeiss glass in 2006. But my "best purchase" would have to be the better beamer for my 580EX. I think every nature photographer or anyone who shoots with a long lens should have one. |
