Kata Customer Service: Amazing

I recently sent Kata an email asking if there was a way to purchase the mesh bags that come with their bags seperately. I got a quick reply back that they were not available seperately but to send them my address and they would see what they could do. I sent that last night and this afternoon i had an email back saying that they had sent me a few in the mail at no charge!!!!

I'm honestly shocked by this and it really spoke to me about the type of company they are. Its such a refreshing experience to see companies act like this in todays market.

Way to go on this one Kata.

That is good to know in case I have to use them. I might request an additional bag since I just bought their R-103.
