Not to turn this into a love fest for
B&H :-), but I have to chime in on the + side. Over the last 20 years I've probably spent over $100K with
B&H. I've had problems three or four times (once an $8 package of cotton gloves was missing :-).
I once had to call when I placed a large order, and it got put on a "provide identity" hold, which my wife neglected to tell me until they were almost closed. I called, got the documents together they wanted, scanned and emailed them, and the CSR made sure someone stayed late to get my order out that day.
