A few of us on the board have it. It works as advertised but needs to mature a bit before I would classify it as truely "useful".

Good: 2GB card, transfers images even if the camera is turned off.

Bad: It's a slow card, only transfers JPG images (no RAW, MOV, AVI, etc...). There's no way to initiate the transfer, it just has to happen. Also, if connection is lost you have to log back in before transfer can happen.

Very cool concept that I'm sure they'll continue to work on.

The card will not transfer images if the camera is turned off. The transfer takes place when the image is written to the card, but it says that you must keep the camera turned on until the transfer is complete.

I am usually pretty savvy and have had some challenges, that I have worked around...but I am also bending the rules of its application.

Yeah, you're right. I went back and tested this out and it looks to be a cache thing. Once the image is uploaded to the selected photo site it will then copy the file to the indicated location on the hard drive (if one is selected beforehand). Since this doesn't happen simultaneously it was making it seem like it was transferring while the camera was turned off.

Sorry. Sloppy work on my part.
