ok so i know its been said on like 8 thousand other posts but now i'm the newest one to complain. just talked to guest services at the staples ctr to get clarity on the camera restrictions for the lakers/clippers gamei'm goin to on the 23rd. it appears as though the geniuses in charge have determined that they'll let you

a) bring in a camera with a lens no longer than 3.5in but
b) can't bring in cameras with interchangeable lenses but
c) SLRs are allowed and
d) can't bring in a camera with a zoom lens but
e) can bring in the p&s with the 12x optical & 4x digital zoom even though it fails point D (and technically B since there's an optional fisheye adapter available) and has digital recording with stereo mic.

it was fun to get him to realize that what he initially said i could bring in had changed to "no you can't" and then back to "yes you can, but, well wait.....no"
