For less money you can get the Mamiya ZD 22MP back for $6900 and an AFD body and lens for $1000. You now have a Medium Format 22MP digital camera for around $8000 or just get the whole outfit the 645ZD for $9999.

I've seen beautiful landscape shots with this camera at one of the galleries in Vegas, needless to say, I'm very impressed and always covet one of these...just can't seem to justify the cost, or the discount for that matter heheh.

No more than I shoot them I think it's more correct to say that I "own" medium and large format cameras

If I had the money, I'd spend it on something else. Maybe a pinhole camera and a used Toyota. Or a small sailboat, from which my existing cameras would do pretty well thankyouverymuch.

Having such equipment would be too much pressure, because inevitably there would still be exposure, focus and composition problems that only I could overcome. And how bad would I feel for shelling out so much dough then?
