If you have thought about getting a Leica M8 digital now might be the time. B&H has a 1500 dollar rebate on the M8 (not the M8.2) chrome body which makes it less than the price was when introduced. 3995 for a new one is really a steal. Sapphire cover glass on the LCD screen reduced top shutter speed of 1/4000 sec now quieter shutter discreet mode all black, no chrome version now no red dot! I wish I had a $1500 rebate on mine! I could really use $1500 bucks right now! |
