Trade/Sell Options? - 12-31-2008, 10:34 PM

It's been a while since I've posted, and work has taken time away from photography, but this month I won a Nikon D60 with the 18-55 VR Kit lens. I already have a D70 and a nice stable of lenses, so what I'd like to do is sell/trade the D60 kit and the D70 body and buy a D90 body.

Ebay probably won't get me the best value, so does anyone have any ideas regarding the best way to make the most of what I have?

Thanks.

Ed

Try to post them here and see if you can sell them off...to fund most of the purchase of a D90....

A d70 should fetch 250-350
A d60 kit should fetch about 400

so all you would have to come up with would be about 300 more...

Good luck...

The only problem is my post count is 19 (20 after this one) so I guess I'll have to participate a little before I post the ad. But I feel like I'm cheating doing that. LOL

Any idea why the D60 kits brand new would only fetch $400? I know B
&H has them for $550 and the company that bought this paid that (I can get a copy of the receipt from them for warranty purposes)

If I could get $500 for the kit, and $250 for the D70, I'd really just need about $100 more for the D90, and I've got that covered...

Good luck....
