Camera Armor for 5Dmk2 scheduled for June delivery

For those interested, I just got off the phone with Camera Armor. They are in design mode right now for a skin for the 5Dmk2. It will only be available in black and they are giving a rough estimate of June for a delivery date in the US. Just thought i'd share this info in case some of you were interested in one.

How well does this camera armor stuff work? I thought about getting some for my 50D to protect the LCD and too keep it shiny since it rides around in my truck with me.

i got my fiance one for her point and shoot and it does a good job of keeping moisture off the camera and over time, i can definitely see it keeping those common wear marks off the camera. not to mention she keeps it in her purse with god knows what else, so im sure it saves some scratches there too. It also helps a great deal to hold onto it. as small as it is, i know i would drop it if it didnt have that nice sticky grip on it.

i know im going to pester them to see if they will make a camouflage skin rather than just black.
