This is a nice event to shoot, people are real helpful on you making your shot, if you can get there early you can catch the parade that runs through downtown in the afternoon on Friday and if you can make it you can try to get to the beauty pageant earlier in the week. (never have made the pageant shoot). If the weather cooperates they have an outdoor area that you can ride out to to shoot pics of snakes(around$10) and you can actually go along on a roundup(wear your leggings for protection) for an extra fee of around $50.
