LAREDO BIRDING FESTIVAL - FEBRUARY 5 - 7, 2009 This annual event gets nature lovers access to locations never before seen. Along the way, trip leaders will point out great South Texas flora and fauna. The festival is slated for February every year thanks to Laredo’s mild winter weather.
