It has a capacity of 11 pounds, so it'll hold up your camera body and that big zoom lens that you have. :w00t:

The down side, it weighs in at 6.2 pounds.
Not exactly the thing you want to be toting around.

But if you gotta have a tripod, and cash is a little short right now, you could do worse than this.

It's $24.99 for the tripod, and $5 for the shipping.

Best price I have seen it for is $39.95 elsewhere.

What would really be funny is if the capacity was ~6lbs so that it weighed more than it cold support.
