Creating 'assistant' accounts - we need your feedback

Hi everybody,

We've received a lot of requests for creating 'assistant' accounts. In other words, allowing an assistant or a 2nd shooter to upload photos into a gallery. We already offer additional FTP accounts that allow uploading into your account, but we realize this is not sufficient. Because adding 'assistant' accounts is quite a big system change, we'd like to get your feedback and make sure we get it right. Below is a list of account types we're thinking of adding. Please let us know if there's is something missing from this list.

- Owner / Admin
Has access to everything

- Assistant
Access to everything gallery related, everything reporting related but not access to payment settings (subscription and pay out)

- Gallery limited
Access to specific galleries (or categories), can access upload / process / delete in that specific gallery. No access to reporting / refunds etc.

- Upload only
Would upload into a temporary area, where photos would be approved by assistant or higher.
