Edit the size options for 1 photo? - 07-30-2006, 11:49 AM

How do I edit the print size for just one photo in a gallery?
Let say I have a bunch of normal size pics in the gallery plus one that is odd size(panoramic)how do I set that one picture different then the rest?
I know it can't be rocket science but I'm have a hard time.

BTW, I'm using the self-fulfillment option.

Hi Jake,

This is what we call a 'direct support' request, and not really a forum information issue. Please contact us at support@exposuremanager.com and we will provide you with the information you need. Thanks very much!

If you are using self fulfillment, than since you are the one dealing with the print size I am guessing that what you are trying to do is set the thumbnail size, or the sku/product to reflect what you are offering. When you say 'edit the print size' do you mean edit the image size (since in this case we aren't doing the printing)?

Best regards,
Kerry Dupont

Thanks Carlo, but I sent them a email and they were very quick to reply.
It was real easy to do, but there was just one step that I could not figure out.

Of course now some of us are wondering what was done and if it was so easy and other users could have benefited why EM just didn't post it in the open and possibly save other "direct support" requests for the same issue.

Well. I will go ahead and say what was going on and how we fixed it.
In this gallery here I have 2 odd size pics and I wanted to change the options on just those 2.

Every time I tried it would change every pic in the gallery. So what I had to do was click on the picture and then go to the menu were it says "photo" then "Edit Sales Options" and then pick from a drop down the "Yes, override gallery settings".
That last part was what I was missing.
It was very easy, I was just not thinking that hard.
