Fall Color in Texas - 10-13-2011, 09:36 PM

I am thinking that i will have some time to look for some fall color in Texas in late October (about two to three weeks from now). I have heard that Lost Maples is a good choice, any others? I vaguely remember seeing some color when I was in college, but I do not remember where.

Thanks,

Scott

I could be wrong but Lost Maples could be as late as Thanksgiving, however, given the severe drought, I don't think this will be a good year. Our Red Oaks normally don't turn until the end of Nov.

Lost Maples is around the first week or so of November, maybe later. The trees in Colorado and New Mexico were up to 2 weeks late this year.
