Around the Farm...

My friend Bren lives near Paradise, and I spent some time with her on Saturday morning tending to the chickens. I couldn't help but take pictures of a few things while enjoying all the animals.

This 'series' kind of took on a life of its own. I started with an edit of their Weim and added an aged look. From there I moved on to the chickens, and finally some decorations. I really like the vintage look and feel of this LR preset. I made a few exposure adjustments, and added a little more lens correction for more of a 'Holga feel.' I hope I've achieved some good photos, because I REALLY like these.

These are great! I love the vintage feel/look of them. My favorites are the Dr. Pepper bottles (I was a Dr. Pepper baby) and the next to the last photo with the two birds facing each other. Adorable. :)

I really hadn't planned on having a 'series,' but after I applied the 'aged photo' preset to a few shots, it just kind of all came together.
