1. An amazing shoeshine for $2 USD in Jiayuguan

2. Candied Fruit, Fried Scropion, think the Texas State Fair, but with fried insects and seafood - Beijing Wangfujing

3. More from Beijing - Wangfujing - Food Street

4. Beijing - A homeless man rummaging through the trash and finding a bone with some meat.

5. Beijing - Nightlife in one of the sections of Beijing with a high concentration of restaurants in this district.

6. Beijing - One of the Hutongs in and around Beijing, this is through the streets near the Drum Tower. 2 wheeled vehicles are still popular in China, given the strictness of purchasing a car.

7. Taken in the Hutong as a busy worker rushes back for another delivery.

8. Another Hutong with an updated shopping district, a busy market with people streaming in and out of this 50ft hallway.

9. Outside the busy market, the busier street tussling with shoppers and tourists.

10. A must visit in China, Xi'an, the home of the TerraCotta Warriors. The city wall is in magnificent shape and the nightlife is amazing surrounding it. The food street next to the drum tower of the city wall is packed and lively.

11. A space on this street is a hot commodity as the sun sets, the kiosks start rolling out of the woodworks. Extension cords line the streets, exposed nonfrosted lightbulbs light the streets.

12. Snacks, fruits, fried anything, and a full course meal can be had on this street.

13. And the sea of people on this street. No cars allowed!
