I miss it too.....used to live in the Garden District. Thanks for sharing these. I love and miss the amazing variety of homes...and old doors and windows and shutters and peeling paint.

I miss the food. I knew about the architecture. Dumb me, I didn't really appreciate it when we were there. One of these years we'll go back for a week or 2. That will hold me for a few more years.

Strangely enough, not once in all the Eons I spent in N.O. did I ever get a burger at Port O' Call. I will next time.
