Well, I figured it out. Let's see if you can.
Exif data has been stripped. It would have been a dead giveaway.
Both photos are of the same thing.

Here's the first shot.


Here's the image after I figured out what was going on. :p


The only post processing I did was a tad bit of sharpening on the second image (it wouldn't help the first one) and resized both for the web.

Actually, Bryant nailed it.
The funny thing is, I was looking through the eyepiece, and for the life of me, couldn't figure out why the building kept moving around in a slow circle.
Then it hit me. I had the IS on while the camera was on the tripod.
Dang that IS is quiet.

I'm about to reveal how little I know... What is IS? I've never heard of that.

Heh, I don't know why that is what I automatically assumed... I think I just happened to remember something I read about IS. Up until 4 days ago, I had never owned a lens with IS... and now I have a pretty new lens that I have yet to put on a tripod... Yet still got a sharp shot at 1/15th of a second... I do not know how I have been living without IS.

IS = Image Stabilization...Designed to reduce the effects of camera shake...Ben
