Love these you really captured the feeling of desolation in them and the detail is wonderful with the black and white conversion. I search out ghost towns and old buildings whenever possible as they are priceless.

Thanks Crystal. These were shot with Arista Premium 400 (Tri-X) and developed in Rodinal. I then scanned and processed in CS4.

Gary,

I really like the shots that you got of Rowena. I lived in Ballinger for a while with my grandmother about 25 years ago. You should try Norton some time when you get a chance. My grandmother and grandfather had a farm out that way for the early part of my life and my father and aunt and uncles went to Norton for school. My uncle Louis used to say that he would drag race out at Rowena.
