PP was actually pretty minimal - some curves and that's about it. I used a 6pt B+W cross screen filter, and the light source was a small LED flashlight that the glass is actually sitting on top of (light is pointed straight up through the bottom of the glass). This is pretty close to what it looked like straight out of the camera.

Personally I'm not a huge fan of the star-like flares that you achieved, and I think it detracts a little bit from the cool effect you got with the bubbles.

I have one without the filter, but it's not as good, IMO. (No real movement in the bubbles.)

This was tequila (I don't really know why there are even bubble to begin with, but oh well) straight out of the freezer. I think on this one (link), it was just still too cold for the bubbles to start flowing to the top, where on the later one (star filter) it had warmed up some. Exposure time was (I think) the same for both of them.

Yeah - about star filters... I certainly see what you mean, and usually I don't like them either. For me though, it just seems to work here. Personal opinion, of course.

I don't use it much outside of Christmas, lol!
