Hm, for some reason they aren't loading on this page for me, but I saw the links posted on the live page. Super cute little one! I don't know if the processing is needed on the first one, but they should at least match (IMO).

*Edit: And now I can see them! Yay! And now that I can see them side by side, I prefer the post processing of the second photo. I love the pop of colors in her top, and they just get muddied/muted in the first photo.

I agree with you in that I like how the colors pop in the second photo.

I had originally done the first photo that way but my eyes were drawn to the trees in the background instead of them. This way, my eyes are drawn to them now. This also sets a more tranquel mood IMO. Kind of a calm mother-daughter moment.

When i get some time, I'll post the first image with the same processing of the second image to see what everyone thinks.
