Killed some time after class today and took a couple hours to take some pictures. I might have over-saturated some of them but oh well. Oh, and i freakin left white balance on tungsten for the first 15 minutes or so I was out there, DOH! Thank God for photoshop.

Btw, these were with dowxps' 5D and 35L. He was kind enough to let me borrow them since he new I was interested in switching to a 20d. I definitely got a feel of the controls but i dont think i feel as comfortable with them as i do with my d50. Ill have to do some more thinking!

This is my favorite shot of the day...

Love #4, but lots of good shots in there. I also love the sky over the architecture building.

Almost made me forget how much I hate that place. And trust me, that takes some damn good photos.

Prophet out.

Very nice photos David! I'm glad to see you also posted these on the Houston:Locale section too. I knew there were some good photo opportunities at UofH. Nicely done.

Nice.. I like the close ups best. I went to school there once upon a time, so it was interesting to see how much was still the same.

I've been meaning to drag a camera around that campus....

Can I ask what you are looking for in a d50-> 20D switch? I thought about a 20D or 30D for a long time, but ended up with a D200.
