Some of your colors seem sort of dark, but overall a very nice set. I love the last shot!

The night shots are tuff trying to not blow out the flame while getting enough light for the balloons. I Wish I had a graduated ND filter.

Nice shots, especially #2. While scrolling the page I couldn't help but notice the last one looks great cropped as a pano.

I grew up and Longview and my parents still live there, but I never seem to make it up there for a visit during the race since I've taken up photography. I guess because we usually visit around the 4th; but the 4th is midweek this year so maybe we'll come up for the weekend of the balloon race.

It is getting to be too much of a circus for me. Thanks for the C&C so far. ;)

Don,

Very nice. I was there last Summer... when it was soooo hot the dirt was melting! Good times!

I lived in Longview with my folks about 5 years ago. They still live there and I'm up on occassion. Although I have never had the chance to do the balloon glow with my camera. Maybe I'll have to this year. ;)

I personally LOVE the balloon glow pictures. And I agree. The last one woud look great copped as a pano.

The in-flight pictures lack a little color saturation. This might help give the picutres more luster if you increase the saturation or play with the curves a little.

Love the last one. Is that the moon in the top right?
