The pictures are nice. One suggestion you may want to consider is to use Photoshop to correct for the lens distortion that makes the buildings look as though they are falling away. When you make this correction, the vertical sides of the buildings will be straight up and down and you won't have the falling away effect. Otherwise, you have very nice shots.

Nice shots! I just moved back to Texas from there and it's in Utah where I caught the photobug! LOTS to photograph over there! Where is that first photo taken at? My guess it's either on the BYU or the U of U Campus. ;)

There's all kinds of stuff even without a car, there is Utah Trax http://www.rideuta.com/ which is dirt cheap if not free. The walk is pretty simple there and with lots of stuff to see whether your Mormon or not. The Conference Centerwhich is just North of the Temple is way cool! You can take all kinds of pictures of that place. You can even go on top of roof and check out the waterfall that's on the building... etc. There's also the Capital, it's designed after the Texas Capital but not as big ;) Here's another site that has a lot of suggestions for touristy kind of stuff... best of all, if you need anything for your camera check out http://www.pictureline.com/ They are located in down town SLC. Let me know if you have any questions and remember to take LOTS OF PICS, then post 'em! :)

Thats a lot of useful info, much appreciated. The rest of the SLC pics are at http://public.fotki.com/terrtwins/2007/saltlakecity/

Obviously, some of them are low quality.
