Not really fireworks, but I'll lump it together with all the other shots I took then.

Absolutely beautiful! I love the way the house is the main subject of the first two, with the fireworks complimenting it oh so well... 8)

Very cool!

What is that house? A clubhouse or something? You may be able to sell that shot to them to hang in their lobby! :)

It's my summer home. :P OK, maybe not. It's the Pecan Grove country club. I'm not even allowed inside! :lol: I might have to see about selling some shots, though. Good idea!!!

I looooove the 2nd one. The vertical composition is interesting and it is great how you can see the full reflection of the explosion. The whole waterfront clubhouse scene makes these unique. Most fireworks pics are the same but these are nice and different. :)

My sentiments exactly...some fireworks shots are better than others, but essentually they're about the same, but #2 is a rarity. #3 is also kind of neat.

good spot - 07-07-2005, 01:11 AM

I usually sit on the Levy when I see the fireworks there. But the spot you shot from was obviously a winner.
I didn't go this year though due to a really bad cold. To bad looks like it was a good show.

The "house" is a clubhouse.. The new clubhouse, built after the old one burned down.. I don't think the fire was caused by fireworks.
