Orale Santa Claus

I don't usually do still life, but my good friend asked me to shoot this for his band. I had to light the table and drag the shutter for the fire.

This is a great picture but I'm wondering how many are actually understanding what it says. My non latino husband totally mispronounced the orale. He showed it to me yesterday evening and said isn't this a great picture then he said oar a lay... I was totally confused as to what the message said. Later when I looked at it myself, I laughed at his white butt.

Great job on the exposure. You captured the fire well.
However, it kind of bothered me that it looks like there was a flame coming out of the card on the right.

Louis, I was kind of worried about the fire coming out of the card too. We tried all sorts of arrangements, but it all had to fit and had to be this crop.

Oh yeah, a little secret...I put an asprine in the beer to keep it bubbling while I shot. Lasted for about 15 minutes per quarter asprine.
