My friend Bill and I were talking to our 92 year old friend Charlie and we were talking about fishing, of course, and for some reason I said that I'd heard that the Sheepshead was not a very good eating fish and Bill said "no, I think they're good eating but bony. I have no idea how to clean them." Charlie said "you bring me one of them and I'll show you how." So we went fishing and Bill caught a Sheepshead and Charlie showed us how to do it. They are a little tricky and the fillets are pretty small but we fried them up and they were mighty tasty, indeed.
And thus is knowledge passed down from generation to generation.
Bless you, Charlie!
