i decided to give it a try and these are my results. kind of repetitive and a little cheesy, but i was just experimenting.

Your attempt worked much better than mine! What lens were you using? I have a feeling that with the kit lens (all I have atm) I just can't get it open enough to work.

Good job Tiffany, very neat indeed.

I think the cheap 50mm 1.8 would be the easiest one to try...although it would be interesting to try other wide aperature lenses too.

just used my prime lens on my pentax.

i used black paperboard. it's a cheap project. :D
