Epson Clearance Center Blowout - 08-11-2009, 08:35 AM

I just got an email from Epson that has really good prices on stuff like the V-700 and V-750 Pro scanners, among other things. Here is a link to the scanner page that I was looking at.

Does anyone have any experience with any of the cheaper models? I'd like to replace the monstrosity I have at home and these prices seem good.

Epson Perfection V350 (4800x9600)
Epson Perfection 4490 (4800x9600)
Epson Perfection V500 (6400x9600)

I have had the 4490 Photo Perfection for about 4 years now. Its the best scanner I have ever used. It scans photos nicely and even scans slides and old negatives. I just recently scanned a bunch of old slides from 1956 that I found in my grandpas basement and they look great.

I paid almost $300 for it new when I bought it, at that price its a steal.
