I don't believe this deal is on anymore, but some time ago my mom bought Elements 7 and was offered an upgrade to Photoshop CS4 for $199.

What's worse is that she's had CS4 for months and hasn't installed it yet. I'd take it off her hands, but it's the PC version and I've got Macs at home.

Is she is not going to use it, why not convert the license to a mac compat license?

I just got CS4 for $299 based on my registered copy of Elements 2.0. Plus I got the NAPP discount on top of that. Couldn't and didn't resist.
