when you click on the link, it says SOLD OUT!
But if you go to the left hand side and click on the second chance it shows up and click on 3 years and I got the deal for $8.99!

That's because the first link is several months old and this website is one of those daily deals things. I posted a new link yesterday because the deal was back. But now that one is up to $21.
