I just found out about Ebay Classified. Separate from Ebay. Similar to Craigslist as it covers individual cities and is not nationwide.
Competing directly with CL.

Worth checking out, just search for it.

Not sure if classifieds is the same, but with the regular NO FEE auctions, you can not set a BIN or reserve price.

Ebay Classifieds is not an auction. Price listed is like Buy it Now and the Reserve, what you see is what you are expected to pay.

They still take you for 9%, 3% on Paypal, and another $0.30.
