Last year during the holidays we launched our new line of press products and WOW, was it ever a success. We knew you'd love this new product, we just underestimated how much. As many of you know we had a lot issues getting the orders out in our normal timeframe. Since I started Simply Canvas/Simply Color Lab 6 years ago, we've always been able to keep up with demand and have never disappointed customers in the way we did last holiday season. You can expect your Standard Cut press orders to ship out in 3 business days and Standard Die-Cut press orders to ship out in 4 business days and sometimes even sooner! (Custom Die-Cutting obviously takes a few days longer).

*Turnaround times are in business days and are for print-ready files only. If your files needs additional work to get it ready for print, obviously, it will require additional time. Turnaround times do not include shipping times and are good for business days only, which are Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be considered as part of the next business day. Mounted paper prints take an additional day to the time listed above. Due to the high volume of orders during sales, in some cases, the turnaround time for items may be a day or two longer than usual.
