This was my first and last purchase from
Adorama. Called today to check on my order and had to go through a 4 step automated system. Ok, I need the order number or a phone number. Well I never herd anything after the order was placed (even checked spam) so I didn't have an order number and wasn't sure which phone number I used, so the automated system did not help. As you may guess there is no option to speak to someone.
So I figure if you want to buy something there would be a live person. Sure enough a live person. So I told them I had a problem checking on an order and asked if they can help. THREE TIMES, I was dumped back into the looping automated system. Finally, (the poor guy) on the fourth try I was helped and told it was on back order, and it took him less then 1 minute to check all three phone numbers.
Glad this was just a couple of cards and not something important.
