While visiting Via Colori this year - I noticed that Sam Houston Park would be a nice place to do family, or engagement photos - and I was curious if anyone knew if there were rules there. Would I need a permit? |

Technically you need a permit for any commercial shooting in any park in Houston. That said, I've seen tons of shoots out there and I doubt many (or any) of them had permits. Just don't set up a ton of bettery powered lights and umbrellas and call undue attention to yourself. |
