Drive down Woodloch Forest Dr going in toward the Mall and I believe you'll drive right over it or close enough that you'll see it anyway.

I think I figured it out....It's by Gooses Acre on Waterway Ave. Just in case anyone is wondering! :) It is the tunnel under the bridge that goes over the waterway!

There is a parking lot on the diagonally opposite end of the bridge from Gooses Acre. SE corner. If that makes sense. GOOGLE map's location for the Pub is totally wrong.
I've only been there once and saw several folks with clients on and under the bridge. A popular freebie location for enviornmental portraits.
