Does anyone know where this is?

Hi everyone -

I searched a lot of the threads within this discussion board, and I was hoping that I would come across this location but I wasn't able to find anything. Does anyone know where this is? I thought it would be a nice location to do a bridal portrait or engagement session.

I'm thinking it is in / around downtown, but I don't frequent that area very often so I'm not sure.

is that in Houston for sure? I don't think it's downtown.. maybe around the Rice U area? that area is pretty wooded and manicured.

a friend of mine had his engagement shoot in the arboretum.. came out pretty cool but the place itself isn't that exciting. and I think you may have to have a permit to do professional work within it.

It looks like buffalo bayou. That particular section is near Bayou Place downtown in Houston

Yup that is Buffalo Bayou for certain. I wander around there all the time.
