Bikinis in Houston

I'm tired of running out to Texas city to shoot swimwear. Does anyone know some good spots in Houston where it is ok to shoot swimwear?

Maybe you could try a nice upscale hotel pool? Zaza, Hilton downtown has a rooftop pool I believe...something like that....

I haven't found a way to make money off of models yet, so I can't really pay for locations on those. I've seen people just do it out in the open. Like I saw some shots once and the model was standing in the water at the main street station downtown. Does anyone know laws or rules about being in public, or parks, etc?

Hhhmmm, IDK about any laws. Although Downtown is pretty dead around 4 pm on Sunday if you were to go there.

Thanks alot Kayla big help, but the main thing I tend to worry about is that I won't get in any trouble for shooting anything anywhere public, but if the model is breaking any rules it is her in trouble for my shoot. That is a no go for me, and I was wondering if anyone knows how to have fun without getting anyone in trouble. I may just be overcautious, but better safe than sorry when it is someone else's welfare on the line.
