not like that. (that's a thru truss). It appears that that one is no longer a RR bridge if it ever was. others like that one (thru truss) can be found in Columbus (road and railroad), Richmond (railroad only), and under the 59/10 interchange in downtown Houston (RR only).
However, the RR bridges above are very much private property and much more dangerous than they appear as there is no where to go when a train comes (can you swim? and jump from high places into shallow water?). Try to find one that is on a road and not a railroad like the one in the pic above (and where is that one?).
Or better yet, use them as a backdrop without getting on the tracks or the bridge itself. The road bridge (US90) in Columbus is not rusty and is well maintained. This is a pic of the RR bridge in Columbus:
