I know its a bit late, but if anyone is interested you can get some good shots if you're quick. The train ride tour does pause at specific locations but does not stay there for long (minutes).

To see all the animals, you have to ride the tram, quite a bumpy ride, but it does stop often. Great shots of camels, buffalo, etc. getting right beside the tram to catch the food pellets supplied. Long shots from the tram are catch as catch can since it doesn't stop at your convenience and is bumpy as I said.
